EBS is very experienced in web based applications that integrate with a variety
of existing internal systems. The Extranet web site for Clarks, the world's largest
shoe retailer and supplier, was produced by EBS. Based on Microsoft and Oracle technologies,
the web site caters to the eCommerce needs of a distributor base of over 5000 small
retailers across North America. Interfaces with internal ordering systems as well
as supply chain software to provide real time Available To Promise quantities projected
6 months into the future are part of available functionality.
Legacy to Web 2.0
EBS has also built and delivered a framework for moving from legacy applications
to the web. .Net base classes form an important part of the framework, currently
in use by a Philadelphia based insurance company. The framework delivers web based
applications as well as client/server and older character based apps through a singular,
security driven interface.
eCommerce
Complete eCommerce web sites with content management. Amekor Inc, the largest distributor
of women's wigs uses a web site built by EBS using .Net and SqlServer from Microsoft.
